 Do you still don't know how to choose the correct laser marking machine for your application.

Follow below steps to choose one...

Step 1: Choose laser source according to your marking material and application requirements.

A] Fiber Laser Source: Metal material

B] MOPA Fiber Laser Source: Colour marking only on SS304.

C] CO2 Laser Source: Non-metals material like wood , leather , paper 

D] UV Laser Source: Non-metals like Polymer, Plastic, Glass material

  Step 2: Choose the power of laser source.

  For normal marking , 20W is enough.

  For fast marking we recommend 30W or 50W..

  For deep marking or even cutting some thin foil, 50W is preferred. 

  Step 3: Choose the type of laser machine case.

  A] Desktop Type: Desktop type is suitable for fixed working environment and provides more operating space, easily movable, big in volume and doesn't need table.

  B] Table-top Type: Table-top type is compact model whose controller assembly is inside bed and which require less space, can be installed on any table.

  C] Split Type:  Split type is a table top model where controller and working platform is separated by 2 meter cables, easily movable, requires less space, can be installed on any table.

  D]  Portable Fixed Beam Type: Portable Fixed Beam is again a compact model used for specific applications where jobs are small sizes and easily accommodate with the work table.

  E]  Handheld Portable Type: Handheld Portable type is suitable where job movement is not possible. Marking head is easily movable.

  F]  Fly-Mark Type: Fly-Mark type is widely used for assembly lines, integration with conveyor and automated equipment. equipped with split type controller, laser beam mounted on large size column or movable trolley platform.

 Step 4: Choose the type of control system of the machine.

 A] PC Based Control System (EzCAD): EzCAD control system requires separate PC to drive the software and give content and instruction for the marking which is widely used for marking like logos, brand name, serial nos, batch code, QR Codes, Barcodes etc. 

 B] Standalone Control System (FLECAD): FLECAD control system doesn't requires separate PC, it is with inbuilt software and processor which needs to attached screen, keyboard and mouse only. It is widely used for marking like logos, brand name, serial nos, batch code, QR Codes, Barcodes etc. 

 C] PLC/IO Support Control System: PLC/IO Support control system is a PC Based control system with IO ports which is widely used for the integration with PLC in automation application and industries.

 D] DLC-2D Control System: DLC-2D control system is a standalone control system with IO ports which is widely used for multiple file selection and integration with PLC in automation application and industries.

 Step 5: Choose the working area of the machine.

 Working area of the machine can be chose depends upon the required application marking area, different sizes of working area are available like (70 x 70)mm, (110 x 110)mm, (150 x 150)mm, (175 x 175)mm, (200 x 200)mm, (220 x 220)mm, (250 x 250)mm and (300 x 300)mm

 Step 6: Choose the Upgradation of worktable/rotary fixture for the machine if required.

 We also provide Z-Axis, XY Axis, XYZ Axis moving tables, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm and 125mm Dia. Rotary Fixture to work with marking machine to make your manufacturing process more easy, convenient and fast. 

But this parts are not necessary, it all depends upon the marking and application requirements. 

 Step 7: Choose the Upgradation of Accessories for the machine if required.
